The Foundation's management is built on the board members and initial volunteers. Our team brings over 50 years of combined skills and knowledge in both ministry fields and youth experience. The board members are: Michelle Alden,Tim Alden, Dr. Karen Erikson, Jenn Austring and Frieda Stevens. We also welcome Bekah Alseth as our Junior Board Member and Jeff Santos and Kat Cronin as our newest members!

Isaiah's Ranch depends on the board members for screening all volunteers and for management of the organization. All postions are volunteer. There are no voting members.

Tim Alden (Treasurer): Mr. Alden is the principle owner of Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Alden has a BS degree from the University of Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from the Universtiy of Oregon. He has been involved with children and children's programs as past president and board member of the Children's Home Society of Idaho, Camp counselor for 10 years with Royal Family Kids Camp, and Southern Cross Kids Camp in Australia. Both camps are for abused kids in foster care. Mr. Alden is also a founding Lay Minister of the Light of the Cross Fellowship of Boise. We are glad to have Tim on the team!

Frieda Stevens Works for Boise County Community Justice here in Idaho City. She has a real heart for kids of all ages and brings a real knowledge of the community to the team. Ms. Stevens helps with recruiting volunteers and keeping us up to date on what is going on with the kids and where the needs lie. She also is helping us to team up with ICAN, a volunteer diversion program that helps kids that are in trouble.

Jeff Santos: Mr. Santos has been working with Isaiah’s Ranch since 2003. He is an excellent counselor and camp leader as well as role model for the often difficult young boys that find their way to our various programs and camps. Mr. Santos enjoys coaching, helping with special Olympics, and has also been teaching the Isaiah’s Ranch photography classes for teens. He and his daughter have been irreplaceable at Mountain Kids Day Camp as counselors as well as helping in so many ways to keep the camp going. Mr. Santos is also a part of Royal Family Kids Camp (camp for abused children in foster care). Thanks for your continued help and support Jeff!

Jenn Austring also brings to the team a real heart for kids. She is known around the camps as Music Lady Jenn, and has worked with us for many years as a worship leader to teens and children. Ms.Austring is a software engineer by trade, and by gifts and talents, a wonderful minister to kids through worship, camp counseling and teaching.

Bekah Alseth is already a great leader. Ms. Alseth has helped as a camp counselor since Isaiah's Ranch fisrt started. She is full of great ideas and has a love for the Lord and kids that is evident in all she does. We value her input in our planning and implementing our programs.

Kat Cronin Mrs.Cronin has always been a friend to kids. With three boys of her own and lots of volunteer work with scouting, t-ball, swim team, teaching Sunday school, and home schooling, kids have been a part of both her life at home and work. Mrs. Cronin has been a hairdresser for the past 20 years and especially enjoys her children clients. She was the program director the Basin Library, and loved reading books to the children. Mrs. Cronin has been very actively involved in Mountain Kids Day Camp. She and her sons along with her husband have helped for years by setting up and taking down camp, camp counseling and eagerly ministering to the children. Welcome to the team Kat!

Dr.Karen Erikson Dr. Erikson has worked with families and kids as a professional and in various arenas for 15 plus years. Her love of nature, healthy life-styles, kids and sports gives Isaiah's Ranch lots of energy, and expertise and ideas on new and inventive ways to provide life changing options for all our camps, events and programs.
